Do I have to subscribe?
No. Start with one service from the à la carte list, pay once, no plan. Move to a monthly plan only when it feels right.
How can I make payments from abroad?
We require advance payment for all our service plans. You can easily pay through an NRE/NRO transfer, an international transfer, or a local Indian bank transfer if your family is funding it. To maintain absolute safety and transparency, we do not handle any cash without your explicit written approval.
Do these prices include the vendor's cost?
No. Our fee covers finding, vetting, supervising, and proving the work. A vendor's own cost, a plumber's bill, a doctor's fee is shown to you and approved before anything is spent.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your needs change.
Will SISA need a Power of Attorney (POA)?
A Power of Attorney is only required if a specific task you request demands legal authority to execute on your behalf. For standard daily operations like parent care visits, property inspections, or coordinating basic vendors, a POA is not required.
Can I cancel my monthly plan if I no longer need it?
Yes, you stay in complete control. You can terminate the service agreement simply by providing a 15 days' written notice. Please note that any fees paid for services we have already rendered are non-refundable.
