Mr. Sameer Sharma, Managing Director of SISA Group, is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished business leader whose strategic direction has played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into one of the most respected names in the security and facility management sector.
A graduate in Nautical Science, Mr. Sharma served with distinction in the Merchant Navy as a Second Officer for over eight years before transitioning into the corporate sector.
His diverse professional background has equipped him with exceptional leadership, operational, and strategic management expertise.
Under his stewardship, SISA Group has witnessed remarkable growth, expanded its service portfolio, strengthened its market presence, and built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and innovation.
As Managing Director, he continues to lead the company’s long-term vision, strategic expansion, corporate governance, and quality management initiatives, while serving as the Management Representative for ISO compliance and organizational excellence.
Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Mr. Sharma is widely respected as a socially conscious leader and philanthropist. Deeply committed to community development and social welfare, he actively supports initiatives focused on education, healthcare, and the empowerment of underprivileged communities. His dedication to both business excellence and social responsibility has earned him recognition among South Gujarat’s distinguished business and social leaders.

Mrs. Anubha Sharma serves as the Director (Finance) of SISA Group, where she has been instrumental in strengthening the organization’s financial foundation and supporting its sustained growth for more than two decades.
Mrs. Sharma holds a Master of Arts (English) from Punjab University and brings a wealth of experience in financial management, administration, and business leadership. Since assuming her role in 2003, she has successfully overseen the company’s financial planning, budgeting, fund management, cash flow optimization, and strategic financial decision-making.
Her prudent financial stewardship has contributed significantly to SISA Group’s expansion and operational success, helping the organization achieve financial stability while supporting ambitious growth objectives. Known for her meticulous approach, strong business acumen, and commitment to excellence, she continues to play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and governance framework.
In addition to her responsibilities at SISA Group, Mrs. Sharma is also recognized as the head of one of South Gujarat’s leading Indane Oil Corporation-affiliated LPG distribution enterprises, where she has successfully guided operations, customer service excellence, and business growth initiatives, establishing the agency as a trusted name in the region.
A respected member of the business community, Mrs. Sharma is equally passionate about philanthropy and social impact. She actively supports charitable and community development initiatives focused on education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and social welfare.
